Framed Watercolour Fan Cartouche

Beautiful hand painted watercolour of a design for a ladies fan. In original wooden frame, some evidence of gilding around the frame. Some reflection from the glass in the photos. Hand written note attached to the back, difficult to decipher the French but the word “ Paris” is visible. A rare piece, 19th century.
